  The project will generate wrapper classes to be used with C/C++ programs in Linux platform 
  to access .Net Web Services.

* Optimizing C Compiler	

  The Compiler is designed to make use of Microsoft .Net‘s runtime and was inspired by 
  the shared source of the .Net framework, codenamed rotor.
